The 1XV begin December with back to back league matches against Tullow and Wicklow next week.  First off, it’s Tullow in Donnybrook on Sunday for round 7 of the Leinster League 1A.  Tullow, although not up with the leaders, currently have shown that they can beat anybody on their day and will be formidable opponents on Sunday.  Please note the early K.O. time 2.00pm.  Due to the early K.O. there is a Post Match Dinner after the game.  While it is a Sunday, nonetheless it promises to be a lively evening at the club with the U20’s returning from Ashbourne also.

Always remember your support is key to the team’s success

U9
- HOME DLSP - The U9's hosted DLSP on the main pitch on Sunday. They played a number of really competitive matches against a strong DLSP outfit.  Our teams showed great skills in attack and some resilience in defence.  They also showed their super support play by scoring a number of team tries.  Congratulations to Head Coach Jamie Nolan and his support team.

U12 - HOME Stillorgan/Rathfarnham/Wicklow RFC - The U12 squad hosted in St. Michael's on Sunday playing against Stillorgan/Rathfarnham & Wicklow RFC.  Their 3 teams followed up their last match with another strong performance, competing really well and winning all their matches.  They scored some great team tries on their way to another round of wins.

U13 - HOME Balbriggan - The U13's played their 3rd league match in the top league and won an enthralling encounter 41 - 34.  At one stage they were winning 41 - 20 but tiredness kicked in and Balbriggan made a spirited comeback with 2 late tries.  Some very strong performances from Ben Neary at No.8, Matthew Keane at second row and Ryan Doyle also at second row who had to fill in at full back at one stage!!  Caolan Lennon played superbly well at out half, scoring a great try in the second half.  Well done to all involved.  The team has some confidence going into 3 stern matches now over the next 3 weeks.
