On Saturday, leaders Bective host Seapoint in Donnybrook in the League. 8 points separate leaders Bective over 2nd place Gorey at the top of the League, with just 2 matches left. So come on down to the Club on Saturday and cheer on Bernard and the team as they play to make their own piece of Bective history and take another step towards the title.

General Updates
The Annual Dinner takes place this Friday with guest speaker Leinster, Irish & Lions legend Jamie Heaslip. If you haven’t booked yet do so now as it will be a great night. If you have booked but not paid, please ensure you do so prior to the evening which will help with the smooth running of the event.

Mini's
U6/U7’s welcomed Terenure and Greystones to Donnybrook. There were approx. 100 Mini’s in attendance. The Bective Teams continued their improvement with more matches under their belt.
U9’s played at home to Greystones. They were very competitive in all matches played.
U12’s played at home to Greystones too and competed well in all matches, winning all but one.

U11’s away to Old Belvedere – KO 10.15am
Ladies Lunch
Last Saturday nearly 100 ladies who are members, member’s partners, family and friends, attended the Annual Ladies Lunch in aid of The Alzheimer Society of Ireland. Hosted by our President’s partner, Mairéad Déiseach, the event was another huge success, raising just over €5,000 for this very worthy charity. Well done to Mairéad and the Ladies Lunch Committee - Mark O’Brien, Siobhán Ní Mhathúna, Julie Lawler, Marisa Guerrero, Audrey Flood, Sharon Byrne and Valerie Stein, for organising the day. A big thank you to all who attended the lunch and of course all the generous raffle sponsors.
