GENERAL UPDATES
With the League on a Christmas break until the home game vs Tullow on the 13th Jan 2024, the 1XV have an opportunity to not only lay down a marker on our current league rivals, but also a tilt at qualifying for the All- Ireland Jnr. Cup Final in January.
The players are currently on a great run of form, so why not head to Seapoint on Saturday and support Bernard, Capt. Mattie and the team.

2XV: No fixture
3XV: The Bective 3XV backed up their outstanding win last week against the (up to then) unbeaten League leaders St Mary’s, with a terrific scalp away to DLSP FC last Friday night (Dec 8th).

U6/U7 - HOME OW - played some super rugby in their first local derby.
U10 - HOME Lansdowne - Won all their matches against tough opposition.
U11 - HOME (Glenamuck) Clondalkin/Lansdowne - Won all their matches in tough conditions up in Glenamuck.
U12 - AWAY OW/Lansdowne - Won all their matches and played some super rugby.
U13's - AWAY Coolmine - Had a super win away from home 12 -10.
U15's - HOME St. Mary'sTBC - Kick off 12pm - Super home win 43 - 21.

Dermot Jordan Interview
Dermot Jordan joined us this week to talk about several items such as why he joined Bective, the great internationals he played with and his Bective tours. Dermot also served as Bective President during the 1995-96 season and discussed the changes of professionalism to Bective and his season's as a Bective coach and much more.
6 Nations 2024 Tickets
We have a limited number of tickets available to Members for the 6 Nations 2024:
Ireland v Italy - Sun 11 Feb @ 3pm, Aviva Stadium. Prices are €102 for Category 1; €87 for Category 2; €72 for Category 3 & €57 for Category 4
France v Ireland - Fri 2 Feb @ 8pm, Orange Velodrome, Marseille. Prices are not available yet. Please note there is a €10 admin fee for each set of tickets purchased.
Please email office@bectiverangers.com by Friday 15th Dec 2023 advising the match and category you're interested in. Payments must be made once your allocation is confirmed.
Dublin Male Voice Choir Christmas Concert
A feature of Christmas at Bective over recent years has been the Dublin Male Voice Choir Christmas Concert in the clubhouse which took place this year on Wednesday 6 Dec.
It was a special event this year because of the newly refurbished pavilion with the evening well attended and Bective members adding their voices - JJ O’Reilly, Pat McKeown, Jack McEvoy, Jim Dwyer and Conor Murphy.
