Inter Club Friendships and Memorial Cups and Trophies
Bective Rangers has a number of strong ties with clubs across Ireland and Great Britain.
For decades Bective Rangers played matches with the giants of English and Welsh rugby, most notably Leicester, Northampton Gala and Cardiff with annual cross channel matches taking place.
Due to professional rugby these matches came to an end, but the strong ties and memories remain. Members and supporters of these clubs are always extremely welcome into the clubhouse and often attend the club when 6 Nations matches at Lansdowne Road take place. Songs, stories and new friendships are made during the visits of the Welsh, Scottish and English rugby supporters come to Donnybrook during International weekends.
Other than regular competitive rugby the club annually played for various cups, trophies and salvers with clubs. These are demonstrative of the close ties and bonds forged over 130 years of amateur and Corinthian rugby.

The Outspan’s Cup
Annual rugby award for the most improved and up and coming player.
Honours Scarfs
The club currently awards 6 members (playing or non-playing) with honours scarves in recognition of their contribution to the club during each season.
