Bective is ideally located in Dublin 4 with 2 all-weather 4G pitches and a state of the art weights room. You will have full access to the club physio. Our specialist Strength & Conditioning coach, who is the Regional S&C Coach at Leinster Rugby, has designed a weights and exercise programme with the intention of playing an intense brand of rugby and ensure an injury free season. You will also receive advice on Nutrition and Recovery / Injury Prevention.
